We’ve rented many properties over the years and this was one of the best - from clear communication to delivering exactly what was promised and more. Excellent location right off a main road (but no noise!), proximity to Costco and grocery, and easy access to downtown and UO. Thank you Nick, and Go Ducks!

We traveled all night from Fairbanks, Alaska, and found this house was perfect for our track group to relax and recharge between races at Hayward Field. The house was very well stocked and had everything we needed and then some! Nick has amazing communication and we really felt at home staying here.Thank you!

This is an amazing property and perfect for your UO family to stay for a graduation. The house inside is well laid out for visiting and cooking. The backyard has lots of room for you to play corn hole, visit around the gas fireplace, or enjoy the hot tub. Nick is a great host. Responded immediately when I had a question and was very accommodating. Highly recommend renting this property.

Great space for all family members to stay and hangout for the Graduation Celebration. We made use of the backyard lawn games, Fire pit and Blackstone for grilling was a big plus!! Plenty of room in kitchen area as well. The host was very easy to communicate with when there was a question. The house is also very close to Costco which helped a great deal with our time crunch the first day of stay and easy drive to Autzen/Campus.
