The bathrooms have not been cleaned properly in a while. Kitchen counter tops still had food on them for the last renters. The air vent was so dirty. The air unit stopped working and someone had to come replace it and work on the unit. The vents in the ceiling has dirty hanging off of everyone. The animal smell was really bad. The rugs had dog hair everywhere. The owner and management was very apologetic. They even brought cleaning supplies. Cleaning wasn't my idea of vacation.
