Host is very responsive and polite. We had an incident with some of the beds missing overlay sheets and he was very apologetic and he seemed sincere. Property is a little run down. It is desperate for new carpets and paint. I also recommended the host to upgrade the towels and sheets. With a cleaner feel this property will be perfect. The gate personal was very nice as well. We didn’t get to use the neighborhood amenities or the pool in the house. I’m sure it was all fine though.

This home was perfect for our two families (10 people). It was very clean and spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. Ruben responded very quickly to any questions we had, and checked on us to make sure everything was up to par. We 10/10 recommend this home to any large families wanting to stay close to Disney/Universal properties. We would love to stay again on our next trip.
