We spent a week at 143 Beach Walk and enjoyed every minute of it! It was super clean, very conveniently located (only minutes by foot from the beach), and very quiet. We brought our dog with us because it is also pet friendly - we loved that even the large deck had a gate. There are paths from this neighborhood for dog-walking so you can take your pick….the beach or a shady inland route! On the administrative side, instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear, pass for access to Shipyard was ready at the gate, everything was easy - the way it’s supposed to be on vacation. Loved this family-oriented, friendly place and will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay. Property is centraly located on the island and a short walk to the beach. The entire process was smooth with timely communication from the owner. We would stay here again.

Very good host communication. Great location, short walk to a very nice beach.

This pet friendly villa is located a 4 min walk to the beach in Shipyard's Beachwalk community. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and there is a large deck with lots of seating. The unit was surface cleaned very well but the walls, doors, door frames were grimy. Not from the previous tenants but seemingly from months of ignoring proper cleaning. The exterior door frame is rotting and there is an open crack in the ceiling of the guest bedroom. The towel bar in one bathroom is being held together with 4 pieces of sticky tape. The property manager responded promptly when the shower didn't drain and we asked that the yellowed, odorous bed pillows be replaced. The issue is really just neglected maintenance. Easily fixed to bring the unit to a better standard.
