It is in the heart of famous Oriental parade in Wellington. It is full day sun from the morning to late afternoon. It close to beach, swimming pool, Te papa and city. It has 2 large bedrooms and a good bathroom with bath. It has good open plan kitchen and lounge. All whiteware and cooking item provided. It has a garage under the house. The garage requires to reserve and cost $20 per night

Basic accommodation very good access to public transport and supermarket and was close to our relatives for visiting. We did our own servicing.

You cannot better the location!!! We went swimming every morning and walked all the local walks. Great food shopping close by and the best coffee outlet (Havana) only a few doors away. Humble digs but absolutely everything you would need for a few days exploring Wellington. Thank you Dave for letting us stay with you.

Basic accommodation in a wonderful spot. Watch the sailboats and ferries go by, and runners and cyclists and walkers with their doggies. The beach is directly across the street for a bracing swim out to the pontoon. Walk everywhere from here, Mt Victoria is directly above and Te Papa and the bottom of Cuba St is just round the corner along the waterfront.
