Dave's place was wonderful!! A very short walk to the beach/pier and the shops so we never had to worry about parking! Would definitely love to stay here next year during the Ocean Festival since we left shortly before this year. Thanks Dave!

The location was amazing. Walking access to great shopping, restaurants, and the beach! The trolley also stops just around the corner and is free to ride to the beach or the outlet mall. We had a great time!

We so enjoyed the condo. Very close to the downtown San Clemente area. The walk to the beach is downhill so much harder to walk up. But taking the trolley was very fun and free. The host was excellent communicating with us. We had a couple issues which were fixed right away. Thank you.

The location is really great but the space itself was unpleasant. The place had a strong odor and required windows open for airing out. We weren’t sure if it was musty carpets or if it had been recently fumigated.
