We loved our stay! Bear were plentiful and grandkids first experience seeing them out in the wild. Development as a whole is showing deferred maintenance but our unit was up-to-date and very well maintained. Loved the accessibility of the out door pool. Will definitely consider returning to this property for future stays.

It’s a nice experience to this renting property.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The owners were easy to communicate with and prompt in responses. Gatlinburg is very crowded but this complex was quiet and secluded. Do be aware that this unit does not face the sweeping mountain views that other units in the complex do. I believe that is reflected in the price though. You will see tons of bears, that is for sure!

We absolutely loved this place! It was so cute with its modern decor. The only downside to this condo is out there was no silverware, so be sure to bring your own. The drive up and down the mountain is pretty steep so make sure you have a vehicle accordingly in order to do that, and also be sure to drive in low gear. This place is called the bear show and it definitely did not disappoint. We saw bears about four times. We were never afraid, as the Bears seem to be used to humans. We definitely let them have their space and have us in our space. We will definitely stay here again. I have already referred friends to this place.
