Excellent location. Very quiet. Very rural.

It was cost and very quiet. Lovely touches like the homemade bread and cakes, also the swing and games room gave the kids something to do

Perfect base for Brean and Weston, very rural and peaceful with a safe outside space for children to play. Within easy drive of the theme park at Brean and a lovely beach. The cottage was clean and well equipped for self catering. We hope to come back.
A washing line outside the cottage would be helpful.

Lovely location and very quiet.
Beds comfy and nice welcome treats
Overall clean
We highlighted an extremely loose toilet seat which was dangerous for my elderly father to use but this was not resolved and no action taken
Generally the place needs some TLC lots of little things like cupboards not working well, no washing up bowl, no instructions, a pretty sad games room etc
