We were there for a wedding and didn't have time to enjoy this beautiful home. The community it's self is beautiful with exceptional views of the red rocks. Though it's not walking distance from the center of town, it's a quick drive, and the house and grounds are worth coming back to.
At the time when I was looking for a rental, yours did not mention that we would have to bring our coffee, creamer, and sweetener. Also, Kleenex was not available. Every vacation rental I have stayed at provided those items. It's not a problem that it isn't supplied. You just need to add it to items that aren't supplied.

The house was great! I think the back porch and patio were our favorite feature of the house.
It would have been nice, but not a deal breaker, if there was access to a pool.

only problem we had was the tv in living room for some reason wouldn’t turn on but we didn’t mind we enjoyed our time more interacting with each other just like we planned for our trip
