House clean, AC, Fans all work. Fully equipped, owner took time to give us possible places that were local to shop or eat at. Walk to beach was easy. Don’t look away from this house, with every penny.

Perfect little beach getaway for a long weekend! Clean, tidy, great location, stocked with EVERYTHING! We felt safe and comfortable staying here. April is so kind, responsive, and very welcoming. The house had a lot of extra bedding, kitchen items, cookware, coffee pods, and an incredibly stocked outdoor closet as we call it! Beach chairs, towels, wagon, umbrella, games, etc. You don’t need to bring anything else! Location was so easy to get around town and walk to the beach. Gated community with plenty of amenities. We took my dad on a beach weekend trip and it was a perfect space for the three of us. All the bedrooms have chargers, lamps, smart tvs, and ceiling fans. Overall, it was a fabulous experience at a great price.

N/A on pool and bar.No icr cube trays.

When we arrived we noticed upstairs carpet was very dirty. We contacted the host and she sent someone to clean it immediately. The furniture upstairs the beds need to be replaced. The furniture downstairs was dirty so while cleaning lady was there , we asked if she could clean couches too. Which she did. Overall not the best experience, but the host April did everything she could to accommodate the cleaning.
