Wonderful stay in this very nice property. Great pool and spa. Nice area, excellent house and accommodations. Great to sit in lanai and enjoy the shore birds at the lake behind. Private location. The main detraction and reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness had to do with the exterior, not the house interior. Property needed a good Spring clean-up and the plantings needed maintenance and watering. Mentioned this to the property manager and someone came to pretend to blow around some leaves without really having any impact. We would return except property is not available when we next come to FL in 2027.

We stopped here for 2 weeks having stayed in the Champions Gate area previously. I would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the parks but want to take time away to relax. Communication with host was excellent, she was super responsive and ready to help if needed. The house is as pictured and was immaculately clean.

We were a family with two teenagers and this house was perfect. Far enough away from the tourist areas but close enough to get there easy enough. Plenty of room, everything you need and the pool was a hit with the kids in days we didn’t do anything. Would recommend

Overall great stay. Owner was very communicative and able to assist with issues that arose during our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is packed with fun family activities!
