The house is beautiful and is in a perfect location! 5 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. Only flaw is there is no back deck to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay again!

First let me say this is a very nice house. The ocean views are decent and it feels very roomy. It is either brand new or has been recently and nicely remodeled. The third-floor in particular is very nice. But for the outrageous price one pays to rent this house in August, it is worth noting that there are some missing things that one would expect at this price tag. First and foremost the dining table/area is super cramped and small. The kitchen is very nice but the pots and pans look like they were bought at a yard sale from a couple that had used them for 40 years. I’m not expecting all clad at the beach but this house is sorely lacking if you like to cook in at the beach. The kitchen would be so much more useful and enjoyable if there was half decent kitchen ware to use. The so called free towels and linens look like they came from the same yard sale. Bring your own. Finally, the 5pm check in time and 9 am check out times are absurd for the amount of money one spends to rent this house.
