Excellent stay, would come back!

Overall a good stay except some bad weather due to hurricane. The check in process was easy, there was plenty of parking and having an elevator was nice. Across from Northside park where we walked most days when possible. The condo itself was clean, and the bags with the clean towels and sheets were there upon arrival. The air conditioning worked well. Starbucks, McDonalds, Wawa all close by. The bed frame master bedroom was a little creeky. bed frame probably needs to be tightened maybe. Mattress was a little too soft for me but I slept okay. I never heard any noise from adjacent condos. The bathrooms were spacious and worked fine. TV’s worked. Only one of them was a smart TV I believe. One observation and no fault of the condo I could tell the water has a higher level of chlorine. I only know this as I have a whole house water filter that reduces chlorine and without out it my skin gets really dry and cracks. I’m just really sensitive to it I guess. So again overall a good stay with no issues.

Nice and clean. Quiet, but near alot of fun things like mini golf, ice cream and lots if restaurants.

Pros: the condo was spacious and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and pool access. There were two bedrooms (and one of the rooms had a twin and a full which is a huge perk for kids who don’t like to share beds!) and there were two bathrooms. Rental company/owner had great communication with fast response times. Cons: no beach equipment, cooler or even Tupperware containers for packing food to take to the beach. The place was overall pretty clean but the couches were dirty upon arrival and master bathroom could have been cleaner. The primary sliding glass door was broken (there was a second door but it was located behind a bench and exited out onto the patio directly behind the outdoor couch making it more of a pain to use than to just stay inside) which defeated the purpose of one of the primary selling points of this property. Overall it was a nice stay but definite room for improvement.
