1000% CHOOSE THIS HOME! From the moment of booking this home, we had immediate communication with the host, planning, and arrival were both smooth. The true ‘sauce’ is the home though; its location is in a gorgeous, private area within a short drive to the store for groceries, the gondola for trips into Telluride city (just magical!!!), and yet, is secluded enough that the stars shine bright in the night sky. We had 10guests stay and all had beds. There was extra bedding and options for sofa sleeping and even a provided blowup mattress, but we didn’t need to use the loft above the kitchen at all. The four levels of the home offered plenty of space to spread out, and a main area with a fully-stocked kitchen that extends to a beautiful, balcony surrounded by Aspen and Pine trees. The BBQ was clean and ready to go for us. The windows open throughout the home for air circulation, which is nice on warmer days. We had music going through the integrated speakers, and had such a relaxing time. One other thing, my daughter left her special earrings in the home, and the host contacted the cleaning agency after the guests who arrived after we checked out were gone the next week, and they found her earrings! That level of care is so appreciated! Highly recommended this home, this host, along with their team!

The house was perfect for our spring break stay! 11 of us in two families fit perfectly! Easy access to the slopes and space to play made it great for big and little kids alike!

I was with a group of 13 people. House had good accommodations for our large group. Shuttle service was quick and made it easy to get to the mountain village (to ski or take the gondola into town). Clean place and great views!

The bedrooms and the back deck are great. The downsides are: no kitchen towels, cheap paper products, living area couches uncomfortable and poor quality need replacement, area around house covered in big weeds close to house, TV in upper bedroom hard to connect to WYFI, serveral windows cracked and patch with scotch tape, some window hand cranks didn't work.
