Check in was smooth and I feel directions were clear and communicated well. Kitchen was good and had everything we needed to accommodate us.

Check in time to be 3:30 we arrived at 6:30 pm the beach house in process of being cleaned or cleaned at it. We had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies before we could use any kitchen items and bathrooms. The couch had sand from previous guests. Floors were very sandy and precious cereal and candy wrappers found in bedrooms and the living room, which is quite off putting. I could go on but you get the gesture.
