Loved the pillows! Pet friendly & close to the beach.

Nice house with two bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom on the main floor with a full bathroom too. Quiet neighborhood with an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The backyard is nice and fully fenced. People staying in the guesthouse/garage building on property, which was not a problem, just unexpected. Thankful for this dog-friendly place!

Cute cottage. Close to the beach. Could use a deep clean, but all in all, really lovely.

I liked the layout of the house and all the amenities they offer along with house items. However, I did not like the excessive decor. Bringing our one year olds was a difficult for us to keep everything in tact. But even without children I felt like just walking could drop a vase or so. It was a bit too much. The kitchen items were awesome to have it was just little too tight to maneuver around. The place does need an update on the flooring and window curtains. It does have a musty smell with ton of dust. The area and neighborhood was perfect and located two blocks off the beach so that was nice. We did however spend a lot of our time on checkout day washing sheets and blankets. I think having tenants do that part shouldn’t be part of the checkout. Or at least specify which sheet or which bedding parts need washed. (If it were my rental I wouldn’t let the tenants wash them because who really knows if they washed it for real) Above all we would give the house a 3.5 star.
