Host was fantastic. Karen was so quick in correcting a few concerns we encountered the first few days we were in the house. Loved that there were plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels for all who were visiting us for a few days. We enjoyed all the toiletries that were available for our use. The kitchen was equipped with high quality cookware, plenty of dish towels and many utensils we needed in preparing our home cook meals. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the home. Bathrooms were very clean. We loved the location of the house. Being the house was only 4 minutes away to the communal pool was fantastic. We loved spending time there every day. The workers were so friendly and the beach house was such a great place for accommodating families with their children. It was a great place for retired adults as well. We highly recommend to anyone who wants a fantastic vacation in Florida to consider renting a place at Paradise Palms.

Everything went smoothly.

Great Communication, super clean, great location. Resort pool was colder than expected, but that isn’t on the renters resort staff was great, drinks and food at resort were decent and reasonably priced. We’ll use again.

The property was good as far as space and location. The cleaning was horrible. Trash and cups were found under beds, there was something splattered all over the wall in the kitchen, old food left in cabinets, dried boogers smeared on the bathroom wall upstairs, tons of cobwebs in the corner and what appeared to be puke on the carpet in the bedroom downstairs. The neighbors played music so loud well into the late evening hours and security did nothing.
