We stayed here for our World Series Ripken Experience tournament! Perfect location near both parks, and you are literally right by everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. The house was perfect for our 3 families to stay together. The only thing I would change would be that a couple of the beds were very uncomfortable. You can feel every spring in the mattress, which made for some sleepless nights. Nothing a mattress topper wouldn’t fix though! We would stay again for sure! Awesome host and very quick to reply to any questions.

The house was very clean and just as described. The AC had independent controls for the upstairs and downstairs which was nice. Also there was a door to close off the downstairs which was great for controlling the toddlers in our group. David was amazing at getting back quickly whenever we had a question. Everything went really well and the whole family had a great time together for our family reunion. The location was awesome as it was so close to all the Pigeon Forge activities. Both check in and check out were so simple. We just loved the stay here.

Our group of 10 women enjoyed our stay. Very clean and plenty of sleeping space. Great location and great hosts!

The property was not the cleanest. The carpets and stool cushions were dirty and stained. The freezer ice machine wasn't working and apparently hadn't been because a random appliance repair man showed up two hours into our stay unannounced. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. There wasn't enough bedding and what was there was thin and not cozy. The cabin was in a good location though, big enough to accommodate us comfortably, the water was hot, the water pressure was great, the bathrooms clean, amenities included good, and the property was easy to access. We would recommend but would note those items above.
