Breakfast was good; everything one could wish for was available. The freshly squeezed orange juice was excellent.

We were disappointed with the communication upon arrival at the hotel. The staff member was not very proficient in the foreign language—a drawback for a hotel receptionist, where English proficiency would be expected. We had previously arranged for an early check-in (for an additional fee) and confirmed it, yet upon arrival, we were told it was not possible. After a long journey, we could only leave our luggage at reception and had to wait several hours for our room.

The breakfast was exceptionally poor!! Really awful quality, go out instead!

The location was excellent for us, with the metro just a short walk away. It was easy to get around from there, both to the main sights and to the arena. The hotel also seemed quite new, which made the overall atmosphere clean, modern and pleasant.

The hotel itself has a clean and pleasant overall appearance, and our room was very clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, we were given a room on the lowest floor, right at street level. The traffic noise was very loud and clearly audible inside the room, and there was essentially no view. The worst part of our stay was the housekeeping. On our second day, we requested room cleaning and put the “please clean the room” sign on the door at 8:00 AM when we left the hotel. When we returned at 5:00 PM, nothing had been done. We went to reception to ask about it, and the cleaners finally arrived at around 6:10 PM. We asked if they could come back in 10 minutes, as we were just getting ready to go out, but apparently this was not possible because the cleaners wanted to leave for the day. Two cleaners then came into the room and rushed through the cleaning while we were trying to get ready for the evening. The cleaning was extremely poor. Dirty dishes were left in the room, one glass was only rinsed in the bathroom and the other was not cleaned at all. They did not bring any additional toilet paper, and we had to ask for everything separately. They initially did not want to take the rubbish, and we also had to ask repeatedly for clean towels. We also reported the very strong sewer smell coming from the room to reception twice, but nothing was done about it. The smell was extremely unpleasant and made it difficult to enjoy spending time in the room. The hotel has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the extremely poor housekeeping, the strong sewer smell throughout our stay, and the traffic noise seriously affected our experience.
