Our second stay. We were pleased with our room first time, and even more so this time! Very comfortable. Firm and very comfortable bed, lovely bed sheets. Very pleasant staff. Perfect location. Want to stay here again next time we visit Yerevan.

Our first stay at Rooms Apart Hotel by RED and very pleased. All the comforts of a hotel and the convenience of an apartment. Excellent location.

The photos on their website are very accurate; yes, you get exactly what’s advertised. Very friendly staff. Bright, modern room with a fully stocked kitchen. It was so convenient to have a washer in the kitchen to do light laundry. No dryer… but easy to hang-dry overnight.. The lady who prepared and delivered my breakfast ( to my room ) was very caring and attentive. Merci! Delicious breakfast (paid for in addition to the room rate, approx. $18.00 USD). A five minute walk to Republic Square. Grocery store right next door. I’d stay here again and would highly recommend you to stay here as well. Why stay in a busy hotel when you have a private apartment-style studio in Yerevan.
The balcony had absolutely no view but the doors allowed air to freshen up the unit. Smoking permitted outside.
We found the unit was overpriced.
