Clean spot. More room than you would imagine. My son is in a power wheelchair full time. This house accommodated him. Only complaint was concrete in front of house was not wide enough for his wheelchair. Thanks to Kim Rebman for helping with this listing.

We had 9 in our group and the house had plenty of room. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Its only a couple blocks from Rehoboth Beach Ave where you can shop and eat to your hearts content or spend the day at the beach. I Would recommend this house.

Reviewer Comments:
Though this house looks small from the outside, it offers a lot of private space for a large crew. It is also accessible for those with special disability needs. We really enjoyed the game table as well!
