Great find in Newport Beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing we couldn't deal with. Loved the patio and privacy but the best part is the location. Just steps from the beach and two blocks from the pier, restaurants and shopping.

My son and I had a great few days @ Newport Beach. The location is great and close to everything. The owner was great, they helped with all of my questions and/or issues.

Amy was wonderful. Such a cute place and very comfortable. We created such great memories. It ended up bwing 2 houses down from my Great Grandmas place. I stayed when I was a little girl. Fun to share those experiences with my son. We loved the patio and watching the waves, comfortable beds. We will definitely be staying here again.

Cute, cozy and clean! Amy was great to work with and this spot was perfect for our beach getaway. We’ll be back 🙂
