A lot of stairs to the main floor. It was a bit confusing when I was transitioned to converse from VRBO to Sandbridge realty. They have a couple of offices, so I wasn't sure who I was talking to. Regardless of that they were very prompt and thorough answering all my questions and concerns. The access to the bay was wonderful having kayas and fishing poles.

Great kitchens for cooking, lovely pool, and so quick to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Great for large groups as there’s plenty of rooms and beds. Location is nice, the view from the top balcony was great for watching sunsets and it’s a very easy walk to the beach. About a 15 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. There are a couple restaurants walking distance that were open seasonally which was convenient. Would stay here again!

Over all impressions of the property was good. Cleaning could have been a little better. There was trash under beds in a couple of rooms and dead flies on the floor where the zapper was located and in window seals.
