W Costa Navarino

The resort and staff are amazing, Sylvia at reception was wonderful, smiling and welcoming and assisted with any queries. The pool was fantastic and being able to visit Costa Angora was really nice. The staff make the resort even better they are lovely. We arrived early and the resort allowed us to checking early.

The room toiletries could be better. It’s a 5 star resort but the toiletries were 4 star. There was three of us bit not 3 of each. The room we were placed was at the end of the resort room 225. I felt that it was near the cleaning and laundry section and I had an 81 yo mother with me. The resort is very expensive, I asked for water and was charged at the pool 5 euros. Everything was chargeable it felt the resort was after as much money as it can take from visitors.

Very sprawling. Not a very Greek vibe. Disappointed that there were so many staff but we had no poolside service. No one came to get drink orders. Service was very poor in relation to the price point we paid. I didn’t like that amenities in the room had to be paid for like the sandals. I didn’t think the beach was very inviting. The whatever/ whenever vibe was not experienced during our stay. Overall.. somewhat v disappointed compare to other upscale accommodations we’re used to ..one had to specifically engage to get service though individually all staff when an effort was made on our part the staff were most accommodating
