Location was very good

The bathroom door is making a lot of noise when opened and closed, which is disturbing other family members at night. Additionally, the shower is not working properly.

Ottima posizione, cucina disponibile e spazi ampi, c’è anche l’ascensore.

Non c’è la macchinetta del caffè, i letti sono un po’ molli seppur comodi, la doccia ha la tenda con il conseguente problema igienico della parte che resta umida in fondo, lo scarico del wc è debole.

It was a bit noisy at night cause it close to Main Street

Great location for exploring Trapani and getting to the ferry. Would be a good acommodation only if booking the whole apartment but not suitable for a couple.

The host informed us two days before the stay that the bathroom would be separate from the room and offered us a little compensation. However, he insisted on going off Booking.com and paying by cash by us cancelling our reservation or him cancelling our stay by no-show, which seemed sketchy to us and we didn't accept. The bathroom was located at the other end of a long hallway, past the common kitchen and the other rooms, making it very uncomfortable to use. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom which made it very hot. Definetly would not recommend for a couple. Also, there was no parking. The closest free parking was on a street 1,5km from the accommodation. Otherwise, the parking would have cost 1e/hour. It's also good to note that the building is old and you can hear all the noises from the street.
