Great house with great amenities. Location is extremely convenient. We hosted our 5th annual guys golf trip here and we had easy access to downtown for dinners, all the golf courses are within 35 minutes and the house was very accommodating to let a group of late 30’s/early 40’s guys be able to sleep at night. Peaceful area with great river views.

I would say kitchen had most everything we needed to cook. The only thing I would suggest is going through old pots and pans and tossing those that have loose handles. Also there were only about 9 coffee mugs so we had to use something else for everyone to have coffee at the same time.

This house was absolutely fantastic. The location right on the river was perfect — there are small rapids nearby (not big whitewater, but just enough) that create a relaxing sound of water flowing over the rocks. It made sitting outside incredibly peaceful. The outdoor space is excellent. There’s a fire pit and picnic table in the back, plus tons of open space both in the front and back of the house for whatever activities your group wants to do.Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and communication with the host was great from start to finish. The home itself was very clean and tidy. The game room was a huge hit! It had a pool table, golf and Pac-Man arcade games, a poker table with chips, mini shuffleboard ( not sure of the real name), and board games — just to name a few of the entertainment options. The basement movie theater was another highlight and perfect for relaxing while watching movies or sporting events. There was plenty of parking for our entire group as well.Overall, this was an A property and we would absolutely stay here again!

Roads driving in were a little iffy. The house was unlocked and we could never figure out how to fully lock the house. Hot tub and upstairs water heater not working until 4th day. Dishes were dirty in the dishwasher and so were the ones put away. Outside grill was also dirty. House was a lot smaller than the pictures depict.
