Good location and well equipped

Such a great place to stay and enjoy Lake Anna. Lots of room and the host was very responsive to us during our stay.

Great place with an incredible view of the lake. Very peaceful surroundings and numerous rooms for privacy. Nice kitchen set up and lots of parking. Met 9 of my college friends to watch NCAA basketball and having numerous cars on site was not an issue.

I was disappointed with the place. The house needs new caretakers. No door knobs on the first floor bedrooms, just a rope wrapped around the door. No covers on air vents, big safety concern. No window coverings on first floor bedroom with no window coverings where the tubs are or where the toilet is next to a window. Outlets in bedrooms and bathrooms that don’t work. No closets to hang clothes. No extra blankets were found. Bedding that smelled like they were not washed. Vomit was found in the upstairs bathroom on the floor and bath mat. All pet gates were broken. solar lights were nonfunctional or they were broken. The outdoor patio furniture looks like it has not been cleaned in years, between the thick layer of dirt and bird poo on the furniture we did not sit outdoors. I cannot recommend this property at this time. The view was great but there is much to do to bring this home up to acceptable standards before others stay at this property.
