Laundry was in garage which posed no problem. The pool area needs to be freshen up , power washed an paint

Comfortable, roomy, and clean rental. Neighborhood was quiet and the pool area very enjoyable and the dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. Erika very helpful and easy to communicate with when we needed to.

My family and I spent a fabulous vacation time at Erica's. Everything is very clean and tidy. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The sunlight is terrific. Communication with Erika was amazing!! Highly recommend this vacation spot in Florida!

The property was perfect except for one, major disappointment. The pool and the hot tub were out-of-commission the entire time we were there. The heater was not working and couldn't be fixed in a timely manner. Since the pool and hot tub were the major reasons we booked the property, it not working was a major inconvenience. We loved the house and the neighborhood, and the hostess did refund some of our money, however we felt she should have made sure everything was in good working condition prior to our arrival.
