Loved the overall design of the room as well as common spaces.
The staff were great. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very large suite - comfortable and spacious. Friendly helpful staff - nothing too much trouble. Enjoyed the pool area
The kitchen area of the suite is not geared up to actually cook anything- quite odd given the large dining area. The breakfast was a bit complicated- ordering every day - I would have preferred to help myself to cold food and maybe just order hot food.

Breakfast is nice, the place is quiet yet close to the center, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well designed.
However, the staff’s kindness felt fake rather than genuine, the place is not child-friendly, there’s no proper water heater (waiting ~15 minutes for hot water), and the pool hours are very limited (8:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00). Overall, a disappointing experience despite a few positives
