HortiSallustio luxury rooms

Access to kitchen and close to buses

There is mold in the shower and below the window along the wall in the room. The floor boards in the bathroom are coming off and there wasn’t shower gel in the soap dispenser. Additionally, I was not properly informed that you have to push the front door open exactly when the door buzzes to open it. This made coming and going tricky and stressful because it doesn’t always open.

Lovely property, nice and clean. Easy to access especially with the elevator - Great location to explore Rome.

Staff slightly unresponsive over booking.com messages but once I called using WhatsApp everything was perfect and quick!

Very clean and amazing installations

Nothing serious but lights went off a few times in our last day only in our room but it came back quickly if we opened the room door, not sure if there was a sensor malfunction

The room itself was good quality, comfy bed, central location while remaining away from the hustle and bustle. The aircon was good quality and the smart TV an excellent touch. The overhead shower was excellent quality.

The access details were not sent on the day, and when chased they were adamant they had been. This added alot of stress to our first impression and ment we were outside the door for approx an hour trying to gain access. The door to our room didnt lock. We had to contact the owners again for use of a manual key, finding a box with all the keys to all rooms. This didnt feel very secure, as we then could have accessed any rooms in the property. One of the facilities in the shower didnt work We experienced multiple power issues on our final evening, as the aircon unit kept tripping the fuse box. All of these negatives could be very easily resolved, so I hope they help make those after us have a nicer stay.
