This vacation home is packed with highlights that will make your vacation a truly special experience. Let’s start with the mature garden, where you can soak up the sun all day long. Whether you’re in your beach chair, on a lounger, in the spacious seating area in front of the brick fireplace, on the terrace of your garden house—which features a small “bar” and an infrared sauna—or simply on the well-manicured lawn.

Through the garden, you enter the bright, fully glazed sunroom, which features a cozy corner sofa, a dining table, a gel fireplace, and, of course, a TV. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation, even if the sun isn’t shining.

Adjacent to this is the new, fully equipped, and spacious kitchen, which features a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and various small appliances. You can enjoy your meals in the adjoining, rustic “Captain’s Room.”

The tiled living room features two large (sleeper) sofas with high-quality mattresses, armchairs, and a wood-burning fireplace. Plenty of firewood for cozy evenings is, of course, provided. After a long day at the beach, unwind here in front of the fireplace or watch TV with MagentaTV. High-quality, free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you for the duration of your stay.

On the upper floor of the house, you’ll find two bedrooms, which offer a total of 4 beds and 4 additional sleeping spots on fold-out sofas for younger guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed, 3 dressers, and spacious wall-mounted closets. Here you’ll find a changing pad, a baby bathtub, a fold-out crib, 2 high chairs, 1 play mat, and extra folding chairs for young guests. The second bedroom features two single beds and, in an adjacent area, two sofa beds—providing a total of 6 sleeping spots for flexible use—as well as a child safety gate in the entryway. There is, of course, plenty of storage space for your clothes. Here, your children will find space to run around, play, or watch TV. A desk with a mouse & monitor is available for your laptop. Of course, this area is also perfect for two adults.

The bathroom on the first floor features a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer for your use. The toilet has a built-in child seat and footstool.

Access through the new front door is at ground level. There is ample space for your car right next to the house (1 parking space). A 3-bike rack in front—and a 2-bike rack (in a locked room) behind the house—provide space for bikes, e-bikes, or scooters. In addition to a Bobby Car, the two-person handcart can also be used for trips to the beach or for shopping.
