Vacation Rental 12 in the Am Goosbrink complex has 2 rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Just about 100 m from the beach and a 20-minute walk from the pier, you’ll find your bright ground-floor apartment with a furnished (partially covered) south-facing terrace where you can relax and start and end your day. A bakery and a supermarket are located right nearby.

In the living area, you’ll find a dining table with 4 chairs, a couch that folds out into a double bed in just a few simple steps (sleeping area: 144 cm x 199 cm), and a cozy reading nook. For your entertainment, there’s a radio/CD player, a flat-screen TV with a DVD-Ray player, and a small selection of books. Wi-Fi is available free of charge (subject to availability). Pleated blinds provide privacy and can be supplemented with curtains for blackout. The floors are easy-to-maintain tile or vinyl, so pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. Just like in the living room, you can darken the room by closing the pleated blinds and curtains. You can conveniently store your suitcases in the spacious storage room.

The kitchen is a separate room and is equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and plenty of cutlery and dishes. A high chair is available for young guests.

The new shower room is tiled and offers various options for storing or hanging towels. A hair dryer is provided.

The apartment includes a free outdoor parking space on the property; you can drive right up to the front door for loading and unloading. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The vacation complex is located in a quiet area near the beach in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. Situated near the campground in Boltenhagen, the complex consists of three houses arranged in a row, each with 10 residential units.
