Beautifully decorated. The property had french shutters on the windows which kept the property nice and cool. We could see lots of trees from our apartment and the walk from the road to the door was green and relaxing.
Management were very helpful when i arrived and was a little bit lost. I had to call because there are many apartments in the coldersack and ours was the furthest away which was quite far from the gated entrance and I could not see it. Instruction were great. I was just very tiered from a long day of travelling.
The tap and plug of the bathroom was broken so when I put the plug in and filled the sink to wash I could not remove the plug. Management kindly arranged for someone to come and fix this because it made the bathroom sink unusable for 1 day. In the evening I worked out that the sucker on the washing up brush in the kitchen could pull the plug back out. I let management know and so there was no hurry to fix the tap immediately. I understand this will be fixed for the next visitors.
