Beautiful location, very clean, loved the pool and balcony. Will stay again! Thank you Keith!!!The Gibbs

Great property – we enjoyed our stay. The best part is the view from the porch.

The property was excellent. Beautiful location, everything we needed. One comment, however, since we have never been to Hilton Head Island, nor any of the properties, we didn't realize that we would have to check in at Palmetto Dunes Security and pay for a pass. It took us a while to find the Security office and understand the "pay for a pass" procedure. Once we did, everything flowed smoothly. I can see that your check-in instructions included that information, understandable by repeat visitors, but for us newbies we had a few minutes of "what are we supposed to do now?" I did notice several other "newbies" who were turned around by the property gate guard and sent back to find the Security office. You may ask the gate guards how often that happens to see if this is an inherent problem. Thanks!

Quick response every time I sent message or had a question. Absolutely love the cleanliness of the condo. Everything looks brand new. Palmetto Dunes has to be the best and definitely convenient place to stay. We love HHI
