Perfect getaway for my wife and I. We used the included boat slip and enjoyed the outdoor pool overlooking the lake.

Elizabeth was amazing to communicate with. She responded immediately with any questions I had & took care of any concerns. The condo is in a great location near everything. There’s a cute little indoor pool just steps up the hill that is open until midnight. The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet but that’s just a quick walk & right on the water-would be a blast in summer. Check-in & check-out were a breeze. Showers have to be quick bc of small water heater but the water pressure was great. Very functional, cozy little condo & would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Cozy Haven Lakefront for a family vacation and overall had a good experience. The hosts, Ali & Elizabeth, were very responsive and accommodating, which we really appreciated. The condo met our basic needs for sleeping, cooking, and relaxing, and being pet-friendly was a big plus. The location is great—close to the strip, restaurants, and attractions—yet still quiet. We also enjoyed the clean grounds, nice view from the outdoor pool, and watching ducks and turtles from the deck with our son. However, there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found dog urine in the master bedroom and an empty bottle under a bed. The toilet seats were loose/broken, the grill and utensils were dirty, and the deck table hadn’t been cleaned. Some amenities didn’t match the listing (no K-cups, ice maker didn’t work), and the Keurig had noticeable buildup. The indoor pool was very cold, and the hot tub appeared unclean with brown foam when used. Overall, we’re thankful for the stay and enjoyed our trip, but the condo would benefit from a deep clean and some needed repairs.
