We spent a long weekend Sunnys Peak and it was incredible. When we stay in Asheville in the future, this is the only house we would look to book. All accommodations in the house were as described and exceeded expectations. We loved the garage doors that opened up in the basement. The location was the perfect proximity to everything around Asheville. The hosts were communicative and went above and beyond with what was offered (kitchen equipment, snacks, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house is awesome! The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive to inquiries! There was a bit of construction at the house that weekend with workers making some noise but it didn't affect us too much. Highly recommend!

We spent the weekend here with a large group of friends. The house was a perfect gathering space and well located with easy access to downtown Asheville as well as within range to Sierra Nevada Brewery and the Great Smoky Mountains (a longer drive, but very doable). The hosts were responsive and made the process seamless.

Amazing property. Exactly as listed. Would sty again.
