We had a great time. Both rentals served our needs. One exception, why does the main level in the Dream House not have a lock. Our family had a great weekend.

The deck needs cleaning up and tender loving care.

Check in was great, we did arrive in Effingham earlier than expected. We texted to see if we could enter the house earlier. We were texted back and the house was ready an hour earlier for us, which was wonderful. Kitchen was accommodating with good counter space & room. Fridge could have used a bit better cleaning. There were lots of crumbs of food in the door food/drink holders & on the shelves.
