Excellent & quiet location, very clean, comfortable bed, good sheets & towels, friendly host. The outdoor hot tub was a positive plus!We would definitely rent this unit again, should the need arise.

Exceptionally clean. Lovely garden area for reading, quiet mornings or evenings. Quiet for sleeping including soft water fountain gurgle through window. Very comfortable bed. Efficiently organized. Perfect for our stay. Much better than a hotel.

The studio was precisely as described. It was beautifully kept, incredibly clean, and in a very quiet area. The hosts were so considerate and helpful. They communicated clearly and were genuinely warm and friendly. I have every intention of staying here again on my next trip to Eugene.
