The LAS OLAS complex consists of two blocks of a high six-storey construction with a lift, located just sixty metres from the sand, situated in the Northern area of Xeraco beach at Avda. de la Mota No. 35. In the vicinity, you will find several restaurants and other services. It is a quiet and family-friendly area, with little traffic and guaranteed rest.



Beautiful apartment on the fourth floor with a front terrace facing the sea. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), independent kitchen with laundry-gallery and dishwasher, living-dining room with access to a fresh East-facing terrace with panoramic and fabulous sea views. It has WIFI service and includes a garage parking space.



The residential complex offers extensive landscaped common areas, tennis court and community swimming pool with Venetian stairs and a small, shallow children's pool. Includes covered parking space.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.



The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
