The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. It is an easy walk to the Avenue with great restaurants and shops. The house itself was very clean. But the enclosed porch smelled like dog poo throughout. We cleaned part of the porch but as it dried, we realized that the smell is pervasive. The indoor/outdoor carpet should be shampooed or removed and replaced with waterproof flooring that can be wet cleaned after each use. It was a shame because the porch is a delightful place to hang out and relax, eat or play games.

Great location!

The house was very comfortable and clean. Great location!

This home is located just a half block from all the action on Rehoboth Ave. I wondered why the other bedrooms were not pictured. It is because the 4 twin beds downstairs barely qualify for children. They are very old, low, and dangerous with headboards not attached. The living room, kitchen and porch were all comfortable but it would be best to be honest about the rest. Overall, property is beach shabby but doable if you can handle those twins.
