Very clean. It’s an old house but that’s how it is advertised so that is not to be unexpected. It was clean and fully stocked with anything we needed. Host is very helpful and responsive! Quick drive to Destin and many local beaches. We enjoyed the privacy of having our own home to stay in while also saving money by driving to the beach instead of paying more to stay right at the beach. Quiet neighborhood we had no issues and never felt unsafe there. Stayed with 2 kids comfortably. Our only complaint would be the beds are not the most comfortable.

Cozy little spot, close to the beach. There’s a kolache/donut/boba place 8 minutes (walking) down the road that’s definitely worth trying.

This was the perfect little home for our spring break trip to FL! It's not fancy, but it is well stocked with everything you might need. We had two adults and three teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Overall, it was a good experience. We had a couple of issues, but the owner was very responsive to our needs.
