Great place to stay, right next to boat launch. Any time I need a place to stay for future fishing tournaments, it will be here. Thanks John!

Just 2 guys up for a weekend fishing trip. The house boat had everything that we needed with plenty of room. Very convenient being right in Anchor Bay. Plenty of room to park truck and boat trailer. John was very welcoming and all around a great host.

John was very nice and attentive. He was quick to fix the leak in the bedroom.
The boat needs updated. There was very little privacy. The blinds were paper and difficult to close/open. The smell definitely was something to get used to.
