This was our 6th year at Mainsail and our first time in a townhome and it was so nice to park by the front door - especially with the parking lot construction. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the labeling of lights and drawers, the extra storage built in under the stairs and the homey touches with multiple throws/blankets and the beach towels. The communication with Dianne was excellent. She was very quick to reply and went above and beyond with any questions. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

The pictures of this listing are absolutely accurate. If anything, this unit is even nicer. Everything we needed for two families was available, plus much more. When a problem arose (at no fault of the owner), contact was immediate, and it was worked out within a short period. The location to the smaller pool was very close. Here it is July, and that pool was almost always private with nobody there. The large pool was also nice. We felt very safe with this unit and area.

Everything was as advertised. Very Well stocked kitchen. One minor hiccup but was addressed promptly and courteously. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at the Mainsail complex for multiple years in cottages and in condo's. This was our first time in the townhome building and the property was great. Extended family had booked two houses away. Love the location, close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Townhome was clean and well appointed.
