It was overall good! Some things were not cleaned the best and just had issues with the AC at first. Overall it was a great stay and would stay again!

We had 10 total people in our party and it fit and slept all of us just fine. The beds and the pull out couches were high quality and comfortable. This place was in a wonderful location with the beach being maybe a minute walk away. The only complaint I can think of is the tv could be updated with a roku at least.

It was basically okay. The place was clean but there wasn't enough towels for 10 people. The refrigerator leaked, there wasn't enough seating in the family room and the deck, there wasn't a good stock of pots and pans or utensils for cooking, and there were no pot holders or kitchen towels. It was okay for less people and if you dont intend to cook.
