This place was perfect for our family. It was great having a separate bathroom for the teens boys. There were planty of extra blankets and towels and full size toiletries. The location is perfect too. The host was reposnive and nice. We will rent this condo again.

The unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is on the first floor with a slight view of parking lot. The beds are very comfortable and more than enough bedding, pillows and towels. Closets had enough room for all our stuff which is always a bonus. We really appreciate having shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as not to have to buy. The kitchen is well equipped however it’s time for some new pans as the coating is no longer non stick. Love the coffee and coco setup. There is a full pot coffee maker, an espresso machine and a single cup maker. We were able to all sit around the table to eat. The grill worked out great for steak nights and the couch was large enough to have 2 adults and 3 teenagers hang out watching movies and have a cozy real fire with more then enough wood and light blocks. It’s a great location as we walked to the parks, recreation center and bus stops around Avon and to Vail. Quick 5 minutes right up the road to Beaver creak ski area. City Market and Walmart in Avon had everything we needed. We really liked having an assigned parking spot to know you always have one near your unit. Enjoyed walking the trail along the river right backside of the unit. Even though complex is dated, unit was updated and very clean.

easy access to the gore creek path, which made it easy to leave the car in it's parking spot! great kitchen amenities.

The location was great, walking distance to a good restaurant, walking distance to a nice park/lake, as well as the ski-shuttle.
