Exceptional home with all of the amenities that we needed.

Great place

Beautiful home and great location. We enjoyed our stay very much! Highly recommend!

Pros - Convenient location only a few blocks from downtown and easy walking distance to Tubbs Hill. - spacious house with simple clean decor - comfortable if you really just want somewhere to sleep and eat takeout. Cons - There was an undisclosed backyard ADU overlooking the house that did not give a feeling of privacy and security. - The listing greatly overstates the amenities provided, so don't expect too much! (It's not "On a lake" or "next to a golf course". There's only a gate on an outside staircase, not the inside stairs, there no real kids toys and only 2 board games. - No cleaning supplies were provided (vacuum didnt collect anything and the broom was broken and too frayed to use). Minimal checkout instructions provided but host apparently had very high expectations for how much cleaning guests will do (extra cleaning fee required for things like crumbs in the kitchen, a few hairs in the shower, a sticker on a piece of furniture, and clean dishes drying on the counter) - Several outlets would randomly stop working for several hours without any apparent cause. Also, the hot water heater is controlled by an unmarked switch on the wall, so if you suddenly only have cold water, try flipping the switch!
