Great location and very helpful staff.

Navigator Nick says staff was super accommodating and helpful getting the car parked and checking in. The location is amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. Great room, spacious, hot showers.

Bed is european hard but OK

The property was in the heart of the old town of Gjirokaster. The room was spotless with a great bar and restaurant at its doorstep. The staff were so friendly and attentive, they really couldn’t do enough for us!

Room was comfortable, in an excellent location, it had a nice historic feel and the air conditioning worked well

The owner was very rude. He was entirely transactional and not client focussed. Basically, demanding why we weren't having breakfast, rather than giving us the choice in a polite way. Also, when we did take the breakfast, there were no English speaking staff to hand, they didn't ask us what we would like to eat, and basically delivered a small selection of items that didn't work with our dietary requirements. Lastly the owner tried to slightly overcharge us compared to price listed on booking.com. Additionally, he tried to make us check out 30 mins before the checkout time stipulated by booking.com. I understand cultural differences, but frankly this guy was rude and had little regard for hospitality and guest experience.
