Great location, clear communication. Overall had a great time here. Great value for money and convenient for getting around.

Rubbish collection every 2-3 days would have been nice, as it built up over 6 days. Toilet paper ran out quickly so I had to ask a cleaner who happened to be next door for a new roll. There was loud music that I could hear on the 39th floor for two nights which lasted until 2 or 3 am! The first night I couldn't tell if it was another floor or outside, but the second was from the nearby stadium where there seemed to be either a sound check or private concert going on until 2am! The music was my style so I enjoyed it for the most part, but that end time was way too late.

Spacious suite for two people (I was solo). A/C worked great, tons of storage, nice pools, gym was decent, check in staff nice and responsive

Suite didn’t supply enough to enjoy the amenities - no pool towels, only two bath towels (no hand towels, wash cloths, or small towels to use at gym), kitchen sparsely and cheaply equipped with nothing to actually clean or dry the dishes except a sponge that looked like it might be for scrubbing the sink (although there are many cheap places to eat nearby). Building is nice enough but not well maintained. Bathroom didn’t feel clean and smelled musty, and only ventilation is opening the window which isn’t effective when it’s super humid out. Bed was comfortable but bedding needed bleaching. Coffee table was covered in a blanket because it was stained underneath
