We walked to the pier, shops and restaurants. The unit had a great view from the upper balcony. It had chairs, beach towels, wagon and umbrella for the beach. It was clean, quiet and just an overall great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall complex was nice and had lots of amenities. The condo has nice views from balcony. The condo was clean and very homey feeling. The fireplace was nice in the evening. It does not have AC but does have fans in rooms. The beds are comfy but wished they were king size at least in one bedroom. Kitchen had enough for what you needed some spices and sugar might be a nice addition besides only salt and pepper. Management responded quickly to questions and concerns. The garage parking was very convenient. I would stay here again since location was nice to all the things we go to Cali for.

Really enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very old and the couch should be thrown out, washing clothes really should be fixed, there is no internet in the laundry room, and the washer and dryers are run by the internet, it costed me 25 dollars to wash 2 loads
