Location was perfect. Ideal for my family as we were large group. Like all tokyo accomodation it is a little cramped but did the job for us.

Very generous to give lots of extension cord, sandals, toiletries, etc

It was tidy and clean. In addition to the air conditioner, there was also a heater, and by dividing the room, it became even warmer. I was able to watch the large TV from the semi-double bed.
It would be comfortable for 3people. There was a full range of cooking utensils and the washing machine had a drying function, which was very helpful.
The rooftop terrace had a beautiful lawn and was a pleasant place to spend time. I would definitely like to use it again.
